2. Shipping of Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary during high-demand periods or due to customization.

b) Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers for domestic and international deliveries.

c) Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic (India): 5–12 working days after dispatch
  • International: 10–25 working days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges & Taxes

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout
  • Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on product type
  • Customs duties and international taxes (if any) must be borne by the recipient

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Bookbins is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries

marketing deliverables, digital files, and consultations) are delivered via:

  • Cloud links
  • Digital platforms

Delivery timelines depend on the agreed service scope and may be milestone-based.

7. Cancellation Policy

a) Physical Product Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to Support@bookbins.in

b) Publishing, Marketing & Creative Services

  • Cancellations are allowed only before work commencement
  • Once work has started, no cancellation or refund will be permitted
  • Partial refunds, if any, are solely at Bookbins’ discretion

c) Digital Products

All digital products and downloadable content are non-cancelable and non-refundable once delivered.

d) Book Launch Events & Event Services

  • Event cancellations must be communicated in writing
  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of execution
  • Venue bookings, third-party costs, and advance payments are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability

8. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Will be processed to the original payment method
  • May take 7–14 working days depending on the payment gateway
  • Exclude transaction or processing fees

9. Force Majeure

Bookbins shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable
control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Technical failures
