2. Returns for Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)
a) Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product is missing pages or has major printing defects
b) Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests received after this period may not be accepted
c) Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact

- Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part
5. Digital Products & Downloadable Content
All digital products, including but not limited to:
- eBooks
- PDFs
- Online resources
- Downloadable content
are non-returnable and non-refundable once access or delivery is provided.
6. Publishing, Marketing & Creative Services
Due to the customized and professional nature of services:
- Payments made for publishing, editing, design, marketing, or promotional services are non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued once work has commenced
- Partial refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Bookbins and only in exceptional circumstances
7. Book Launch Events & Event Services
- Event-related payments are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered only if:
- The event is cancelled entirely by Bookbins
- Costs incurred towards venues, logistics, third-party vendors, or promotions are non-refundable
- Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability
8. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank
- Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable
9. Abuse of Return & Refund Policy
Bookbins reserves the right to:
- Reject repeated or suspicious refund requests
- Suspend services or refuse future orders in case of policy abuse
