2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

  • You remain the original owner unless transferred through a signed agreement

5. Publishing, Marketing & Service Terms

a) No Guaranteed Results

Bookbins does not guarantee:

  • Book sales volume
  • Bestseller rankings
  • Media coverage outcomes
  • Marketing reach or virality

All services are delivered on a best-effort professional basis.

b) Service Scope

Service scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables are defined through:

  • Written proposals
  • Email confirmations
  • Signed agreements

Any services outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
  • Payments must be made in advance unless agreed in writing
  • Bookbins reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice
  • Taxes, duties, and statutory charges are borne by the customer unless specified
  • Payment failures may lead to suspension or termination of services

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately.

Certain services, especially digital, creative, publishing, and customized services, may be non-refundable once initiated.

8. Events & Book Launches

For book launches, events, and promotional activities:

  • Dates, venues, and formats are subject to availability
  • Event-related media (photos/videos) may be used for promotional purposes
  • Bookbins is not liable for third-party venue issues, force majeure events, or attendee behavior
  • Specific terms may apply for each event

Bookbins is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third parties. Users engage with them at their own discretion.

Bookbins does not share unpublished manuscripts with third parties except internal reviewers or service partners under confidentiality obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bookbins shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service
