- Take a rest– it is important to sit back and rest once in a while. If you’re facing some problems, sleep. And try solving it after you wake up.
- Never envy people– always wish good for others and work on yourself. Indeed the outcome will definitely come.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr Joseph Murphy was born in Ireland. He was interested in divine science and religious science. He even visited India to learn about Hindu philosophy. He had a PhD in psychology. The books written by him are mostly upon mind and self help.

The book is for those people who need to train their mind and believe that things can be achieved by constantly reminding ourselves that we can do anything. It is totally based upon science and the working of our brain. You would see the change in your way of thinking after finishing this book. Though it was written almost 30 years ago, its concepts are worth re reading.
